Also includes response to one initial RFE. Excludes all USCIS fees (~$3,800) *Timelines:* At best 4 months. Optimistically 6 months. We can't guarantee a solid timeline because so much is outside of our control with profile building. For example, judging opportunities are highly dependent on your field and availability (lots of luck factor here). Another example, petitioner (aka you) response times vary widely for additional documentation and petition reviews. and Life happens! *Expectations - critical to understand and acknowledge:* * EB1A criteria evaluation (step 1) is subjective - varies by the center and the officer and the evolving USCIS interpretations * Final merits evaluation (step 2) is almost 100% subjective and discretionary - no clear quantifiable thresholds *Ground rules:* Our working time is 9-5 CST on weekdays. Holidays, nights and weekend work might happen but not guaranteed and should not be expected. Schedule of status updates and review calls depend on the next milestone we are chasing. ##### Saurabh - Hari in Austin on Dec 28th - until Jan 1 - Target 4 criteria - critical role, judging, high salary, publications - IEEE conferences, other conferences - find out - Critical role - where you got high visibility, reward, gather that evidence that says you were critical to the project, someone within org should be able to support your claim with recommendation letters. - 3-4 words of what you're expert in - Publications count more, LinkedIn doesn't count much. - Southeast Asia journals, explore if they're willing to publish - Judging
