##### Intro - I bring rich experiences in tech, eCommerce, and customer management. I bring 4 years of PM experience across variety of roles involving hardware, software products and tackling problems like sales lead management, customer service, product marketing, product positioning and online commerce. My last 2 roles had the largest scope that I have managed as a PM and I’m also happy to talk about the experience before that if you wish. - At Dell, I initially managed a high performance PC product and collaborated with marketing team to improve positioning to grow its market share by 10% in less than 2 years. In Covid, my learning accelerated further as it brought new paradigm and speed to market became even more critical. For example, I faced situations where I had to pivot to compete better during chip shortage periods. - With this rapid learning, I felt that I can drive bigger impact across a range of products by owning a platform product. I pursued the principal PM as a step up opportunity to drive sales for pan-Dell customers worth $100B+ revenue powered by 8 products. I am currently working as a Principal PM for cart, quote, order APIs driving purchase experiences. I mainly think from platform perspective to enable purchase capabilities that can have maximum exposure to all revenue streams and then drive for their adoption. ##### Relevant experience: 1.
