Ted has brought a lot of expertise to help us expedite on solving seller problems. Improvement area: Ted could improve on innovation by pressure-testing ideas that bring further simplification of sales experience via UX changes or automations to help seller productivity outcome. I have seen that he would want to build capability at scale, but sometimes he holds back on taking the most innovative route and rather picks what existing experience DSA has, it may solve the immediate problem at hand, but may not further seller productivity. ### Ranjit Strength: Very good in operations Improvement: Ranjit should improve understanding of UB domain further. I have seen that he would many times struggle with UB services capabilities, structure and interactions. Once he has this grasp better, he will be able to drive the team on program level updates very well. ### Mohan Strength: Innovation at scale and simplicity - Mohan brought a ton of innovation in UB and have gone extra mile having several tough conversations with team-members and UX clients to make sure it gets executed. I would encourage him to continue doing this to push the bar across all of TPX architecture. Improvement area: Storytelling is something Mohan can improve that will really help bring his ideas to life sooner and with broader alignment. He brings so much innovation and I have seen his passion. He will shine brighter with better storytelling skills no matter what problem he's solving. ### Jayanth Strength: Jayanth's domain expertise by far is his strongest pillar. He understands Dell-wide enterprise systems well and brings several insights patiently when talking about any new problems to solve. Improvement: I would want Jayanth to bring up more innovation in state-of-the-art technical implementation and push the bar for others. I have seen he tends to hold back sometimes, thinking the approach may not scale or may be difficult. Couple of focus areas in my opinion: how transact can leverage ML and vector databases to solve business problems at scale. ### Hemnath: Strength: Spotless delivery of technical capabilities with UB marketplace Improvement: I haven't seen any improvement area so far.
