Uttam is good at bringing focus to his team and communication. - Improvement area - I would like him to focus more on basic analytics rigor. I see several improvement areas with Uttam's style of working. He needs to push his team to do more than just basic PowerBI charting. We need analytics team to do more complex analyses but the ideas and inspiration needs to come from Uttam to his team. His analytics team should bring ideas to us, instead of us telling them what to analyze. Understanding pain points of his direct customer will immensely help in this. ##### Feedback to Santhosh (Uttam's analytics team) - Improvement area - More sophisticated analytical techniques are needed for us to become better at processing large data.
