### Summary Saurabh is a quick learner and a good product manager who understands market trends and has technical expertise. He has good communication skills, is dedicated to his work, and takes initiatives to drive projects to completion. Some areas of improvement for him include gaining more domain knowledge and prioritizing common issues faced by products. He is well-liked by his team and colleagues, and his passion for asking challenging questions and seeking data backing up prioritization is appreciated, but it needs to be balanced with delivering for the business. ### Detailed feedbacks 1. Saurabh quickly picked up the DCQO space and able to contribute as Product Line lead. He is very good in understanding the latest market trends and marketplace. He has good technical flavor to guide the team with more details in implementation details. Areas of improvement could be more of gaining domain knowledge to help the teams. 2. Saurabh has proven to be a strong PLM in Quoting space. He has the right business acumen required for his role and level. He also possesses strong strategizing skills which is also one of the key traits needed for PLM. With my interaction with Saurabh, I have seen him share market best practices and has a good knowledge on what is trending in the API world. He is dedicated to his work, and I've seen him take initiatives and drives it to completion. Saurabh must also focus on common and frequent issues faced by our products and prioritize them in our roadmap. Additionally, we could also improve on Marketing our accomplishments of our Product Line to our stakeholder. 3. Saurabh is one of the finest product owners that I have worked with so far. DCQO being a headless commerce API and being the heart of sales transactions, A well documentation on product capabilities always helps clients to get educated and have smoother integrations. Saurabh has excelled in representing and articulating all DCQO product capabilities to all the stakeholders. He quickly developed great product vision and future road maps for DCQO services backed by market trends and research. He is outstanding in representing DCQO products in all forums and needs to continue to focus on defining API first and commerce API as service capabilities. 4. Saurabh has been able to acclimatize to the Dell working environment especially in commerce platform. He has been a quick grasp on all things DCQO and especially stepped up when Friyana had to go on maternity leave. He was able to fill rather large shoes quickly. During the time I found to be responsive and quick to come back on issues, sprint alignments and next steps. I am sure it must have been a pressing time for him, and I had little to no room for complain around the issues for the larger program. As he continues to grow one feedback is he needs to understand how to confide to teammates on his side and defend against external stakeholders. you should be able to understand who are standing with you and act accordingly. 5. Saurabh has been a delight! Since joining DCQO, he has built partnerships across applications, exposed transactional space, and supported a myriad of initiatives reliably and calmly. Saurabh is a go-getter, and constantly seeking opportunities to pursue growth and collaboration. He is a good communicator, practices empathy, and holds a growth mindset. I, unfortunately, cannot point out his opportunities as I am still learning more myself and look forward to more opportunities to work closely with him. 6. Saurabh is very receptive, open for discussion anytime and helping us in critical stake holder communication whenever needed I continue to learn from Saurabh in feature grooming discussion and I like the way he looked at requirements/features with different perspective. Saurabh can definitely find a way to bring-in more synergy and alignment in DCQO scope and delivery. 7. Saurabh has shown strength in overall product management and has displayed Customers and Results over the past year. His strong fundamental skills in product management have proven to be a key factor in his success in becoming a PM and now a PLM. He consistently thinks from a customer point of view and business impact, but at the same time does not compromise on engineering team's interest as well. He also takes the initiative to tackle on any areas that he sees need improvement, such as sharing with us the trick to integrate excel with ADO TFS for better work item management. His ability to balance the needs and caters to the requirements of both ends of the spectrum makes Saurabh a key member in DCQO and somebody to look up to. I can't think much of an area for improvement, but Saurabh can focus on improving his product domain knowledge on products that he's not in charge of. 8. Saurabh has been a great add to the team. He is very enthusiastic and wants to do the right thing by asking all these business questions and challenge the decision-making process requesting for data backing up the prioritization. Unfortunately, a lot of time a decision on prioritization is already made at senior executive levels and these details do not trickle down. I like is passion, however, we should also need to ensure there is a healthy balance to ensure we continue to deliver for our business. He is new to Dell Digital, and I sincerely hope he does not lose this passion of his and continue to ask these very valid questions. He is very smart and has learnt the space very quickly. Strengths: • Saurabh has a strong product mindset and strives to drive the capabilities from a customer & business point of view. • He asks all the right questions and seeks the right data points before prioritizing & executing any capability, be it engineering or product. • He calls out, tracks & prioritizes the risks, and keeps the program delivery on track. • He is very well organized be it driving the product, program & engineering roadmaps or creating extensive documentation that helps all the stakeholders. • He is very eager to learn new areas and invests time & energy in achieving the goals and always willing to take on more responsibilities. Focus areas: • Saurabh should improve his presentation & communication skills in the leadership and exec forums. • Improve the stakeholders connect & relations (both internal & external). • With the help of leaders, invest time in getting more insights from analytics and make data driven decisions. Presence in MIMs and user incidents will offer better insights as well to drive the backlog. • Provide the visibility of the new capabilities in the DCQO product line to both internal and external stakeholders.
