**Leader Assessment** Saurabh has done a great job ramping into the product management role. At this point, there is no doubt he fully has hit feet underneath him. I know that whatever I throw Saurabh’s way will be investigated to understand the core issues / challenges, well thought out with a recommendation based in data and clearly laid out. Saurabh has a whole host of skills that will continue to serve him well as a product manager. Beyond the basics required to be a successful product manager (e.g., operational excellence, accountability, responsiveness, analytical, synthesis and structured communication), Saurabh has an amazing combination of strategic thinking, sense of curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo that drives him to always look for ways to make improvements. It’s hard to pick one example because he demonstrates this in almost every conversation whether it’s about his product, our organization / function or even Dell Technologies. Saurabh also has a strong drive where he wants to take on more responsibility and learn as much as he can. It is an absolute pleasure having Saurabh on the team. He has a complete set of functional skills combined with several intangibles that enable him to find continued success. I look forward to another great year for Saurabh. - **Strengths** I had the pleasure of collaborating with Saurabh this year on many projects. At all times he has acted professionally and productively. Saurabh is also very responsive and his deliverables are solid. It's been a pleasure working with him, look forward to collaborating more in future programs And willing to help team members to answer MKT related questions and bridge CT to front end sales team All-in-all I would say Saurabh had a great year and continues to show significant growth as a product manager!! Saurabh can communicate effectively his point of view and expectations to Redington CT members, and always sufficient information on guidance and feedback to CT so we don't need to guess what he want actually to build effective working relationships with CT members. Saurabh is one of the newest product managers on the team, but you wouldn't be able to tell it when you talk to him. He has picked up the product and processes very quickly and his depth of knowledge and capability to analyze data is mind blowing Saurabh is an immensely talented product manager. His ability to structure his thinking, dissect problems to their core, and extrapolate insights beyond his organizational purview is truly impressive. He's an asset to Dell and I'd consider him virtually irreplaceable on the team. Saurabh has performed very well over the past year as an excellent team player in my CT. He is punctual on arrival to meetings I also want to point out that Saurabh is very easy to work with. He has continued to grow his technical skills while keeping his soft skills of influencing others in a positive manner. This makes his both effective and well liked. In a role like being a product manager, you cannot be successful without being able to influence others and this is something he does very well! Saurabh takes his job very seriously and is incredibly thorough with his work, as far as he understands it to be. Nowhere was this better illustrated than when he started planning the training curriculum for PG. The thought and attention to detail he put in to organizing the training for the year and beyond was incredible He was also driven the key feature support of Gen 4 SSD installation guidance to work with Eng, GOE, Service and XLoB owner to deliver wonderful plan to mitigate RKL platform's design challenge. He also developed successful strategies for Redington schedule pull in to meet Intel RKL Corp embargo date which produced amazing results and well aligned with CT and XLoB, and consistently drives effective customer experience strategies to make Dell products have more competitiveness to keep Dell workstation market share in #1. Impressive on strategy thinking, and he demands/challenges, drives in platform CT for the best to customers while having good corporation with CT functions he has been great at all the tasks laid before him, and has taken a very deep and detailed interest in his own products. He has become an asset to our team, and I look forward to continuing to work with him in 2021 He is very unique in his communication style as he creates a lot of graphs and data analysis to convey to the core team on business performance and justifications on adding feature sets. This kind of method is effective in engaging other core team functions and driving business impact strategy. He is highly reliable and always gives team response in a timely and efficient manner and drives for effective result. His is fully accountable for his actions and never shirks responsibility He is also willing to share his view and learn from other CT members He has acted organized, prepared, and effective in all our interactions. For example, we have conducted the bi-weekly training webcast together that continues to get very positive feedback from our sales and support teams. One very effective measure of whether a meeting is effective is attendance. And, we have averaged +200 attendees over the year. Sales people are notorious for being difficult to train and attend optional events yet through Saurabh's leadership both were accomplished throughout the year Looking forward to work with Saurabh for another amazing product. Great experience to work with Saurabh Saurabh is constantly looking for ways to improve the deliverables and is probably one of the folks who comes to me with updates the most, as he evolves his deliverables, ensuring they are the most accurate and are easier to understand Imagewatch Exception process where Saurabh has worked on in the last year has met the expected results and were successfully met expectations. Saurabh has been a great POC collaborating between the PG team and the IW team. in many situations he suggested solution on how to improve the process and gathered the teams together to figure out where the gap is and find solutions Saurabh has high accountability, close and effective communication, and also attention to details I've worked with Saurabh on several projects and he is always on-time with his reviews and, again, always looking to be the most accurate as possible. I've really enjoyed watching Saurabh grow into the role over the last year Continue prewiring stakeholders on the topics that you know will require 'outside' buy-in. I have noticed some rebuffing from offer mgmt. when presented with a couple of Saurabh's new PG proposals. While they have been good changes, the OM stakeholders seem to be bucking primarily because they feel they are getting dictated to (as opposed to collaborated with). Keep using customer experience as the north star & being assertive against extended team pushback - but remember that people like ideas more when they feel some sense of ownership in them. If you can identify potential resistors before the alignment meetings & ask them for their perspective, you will convert them into champions by the time you have to finalize on a decision
